Description:
Due to our continued growth we are seeking a proactive Paid Search Executive. This is a fantastic opportunity to further your career by working in a brand new role within a highly established eCommerce team.

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Working with the Digital Marketing Lead to deliver our paid search marketing strategy with an initial focus on our branded sites
  • Developing PPC strategies for our key markets, devising optimisation tactics, managing, reporting on and analysing the performance of PPC campaigns
  • Supporting new product, brand and proposition launches via PPC by working in collaboration with the wider ecommerce team
  • Supporting the Footasylum communications and promotional trade plans through PPC
  • Identifying new opportunities for efficient growth through PPC
  • Managing and monitoring deliverables of all paid search activity 
  • Support our video content strategy with the execution of paid video ads across YouTube
  • Proactive in seeking out new innovations and maintaining cutting edge market knowledge 
  • Ensure all customer communications are accurate, consistent and delivered on time
  • Improving the overall customer experience 

Your profile:
  • Passion for our product
  • Ecommerce and paid search experience
  • Proven track record of working in a paid search role either agency or client side with an appreciation for different aspects of paid search and wider digital marketing
  • Working knowledge of Google ADWords, Bing Ads Interface and Paid Video Ads for managing campaigns effectively
  • Demonstratable knowledge of different PPC ad formats, AdWords features and bid management tools - preferably including the new interface
  • Experience with Google Shopping and Audience targeting is required
  • Experience managing or assisting in the management of large budgets and delivering against multiple KPIs primarily spend and ROAS
  • Providing clear reporting, more importantly actionable insights on account performance 
  • Able to work as part of a team and adapt quickly to change and new innovations
  • Strong reporting and analytical skills with an understanding of analytics packages (Google analytics / 360)
  • An appreciation of the wider Digital Marketing landscape (Affiliate, SEO, Paid Social and Programmatic channels) would be advantageous
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to multi task and hit the ground running

A minimum of 1 years hands on experience managing and working on large and complex PPC Accounts.
